Room Bookings

A reminder that you can book the two small group rooms (218 and 221) to work on group projects together or to practice your teaching. The rooms are open to everyone to use at any time they wish, but if you have a particular project or presentation to practice, you can book one of the rooms to do so. Screens are available for casting – ask for the hardware at the desk and we can also provide markers if you wish to use the whiteboard.

  • Booking MUST be done at least 2 hours in advance.
  • You can only book a room for 2 hours at a time
  • Please DO NOT write your name on the signs on the door. To ensure fairness, booking is monitored at the desk.

To make a booking, please either email Ruth at or come to the desk and ask the library staff.
